Specialist online alternative provision shaped by education experience, SEND understanding, qualified leadership and a strong social impact mission.

Virtual Learning College is led by Zubair Khan, Founder & Head of College, with over 20 years in education and a commitment to inclusive alternative provision.
With PGCE and QTS, experience across Alternative Provision and SEND, and a strong charity and social impact focus, our leadership is grounded in both professional education practice and the belief that every learner deserves a meaningful route forward.
We provide flexible live online education for young people aged 11 to 18, creating personalised pathways that can support learners affected by SEND, anxiety, illness, school refusal, exclusion risk or other circumstances that make mainstream attendance difficult.

We understand that every child is unique. That’s why we create customised learning plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each student.
To ensure a quality learning experience, we keep our class sizes small, giving every student the opportunity to participate, ask questions, and feel supported.
We offer flexible lesson schedules to accommodate the busy lives of students and their families, making learning both convenient and effective.
We offer help with CV writing and interview preparation, choosing post 16 pathways such as college, apprenticeships and T Levels, plus goal setting and action planning.
We regularly monitor each student’s development through assessments and tutor feedback, keeping parents and carers informed and ensuring continuous academic growth.
